It’s a subscription-based delivery service! Choose from 6, 12, or 24 smoothie/bowl pouches delivered straight to your doorstep weekly or monthly. Once submitted, we package your delivery and send you your custom box of RnB so that you can easily make our delicious creations at home! Customers can easily cancel a subscription with us anytime after placing their first order in their account on our website. What will I need to make my smoothie or bowl at home?
Only 2 things!
1. A blender - even a smaller single serve blender will work! To make an extra thick smoothie bowl, you can even use a food processor (shhh...don't tell your blender).
2. Any liquid - we suggest either almond milk or coconut water! The directions on the back of each pouch will let you know what liquid we suggest for that blend. If you prefer a creamier blend, use any kind of milk you have on hand. If you prefer it fruitier and lighter, you can use coconut water or any all-natural juice!
*P.S. If you’re making a smoothie bowl from your pouch, you may want to have some toppings on hand! Our favorites are granola, coconut, nut butter, sliced almonds, fresh fruit - just to name a few! The options are endless.
How much liquid should I add to my smoothie/bowl?
- To make a smoothie, add liquid to the top on your pouch (on top of the contents!)
- To make a bowl, fill your pouch ⅓ of the way with liquid (on top of the contents!)
My bowl still has fruit chunks in it after I blend?
Depending on what type of blender you’re using, first try shaking up the container and re-blend. If you still continue to see chunks then add more liquid, and re-blend again.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes! We highly encourage you to recycle our boxes, insulation, and pouches. We are phasing out our styrofoam cooler insulation (used in shipments only), and you will soon start seeing your shipments packed in a new recyclable insulation.
How do I skip a delivery?
To skip a delivery (whether weekly or monthly) log into your account on our website and choose the “SKIP” option!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to EVERYONE in the contiguous United States! No minimum orders or gimmicks.
What is the difference between pausing my subscription and skipping a week?
If you “pause” your subscription, it will completely stop all deliveries for the indefinite future until you reactivate. So it will cancel your subscription for this month, next month, and so on. Once you activate it again after it’s been paused, you will receive orders like usual again, and your account will give you your estimated delivery day.
When you “skip” a week or month your plan is still active, but it will just skip your next delivery, and then your plan will go back to normal. For example, for a monthly plan, if your next delivery is the 20th of this month, and you skip this month, then you will not receive a delivery on the 20th of this month, but you will receive it on the 20th of following month as usual.
How do I track my order?
For shipped orders, you can track your order with the tracking number you receive to your email when your order is shipped.
If you are within 50 miles of Fort Worth or Chicago, your order will be delivered locally so there will not be a tracking number associated with your delivery. However, you will receive an email update the day your order will be arriving!
How do the ingredients stay cold during shipment?
We pack each box with insulation and enough dry ice to ensure it gets to you safe and frozen. The dry ice will be labeled for safe handling, so please make sure not to touch it!
How long will my ingredients stay fresh in the box?
We work hard to make sure we use the most effective packaging in order to keep your items frozen throughout its shipping process. When your delivery arrives to you, put the contents into the freezer as soon as you can in order to keep your product frozen until you’re ready to enjoy!
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription (whether weekly or monthly) log into your account on our website and choose the “CANCEL” option!
How do I upgrade my membership level?
To upgrade or downgrade (change) your subscription (whether weekly or monthly) log into your account on our website and choose the “upgrade” option!
When will I receive my delivery?
Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order (We want to make sure you get the best quality ingredients). After we do, you will receive your box within the next 7 days - that way you can enjoy your delicious goodies sooner than later!
Can I do a one time delivery?
Unfortunately, you are only able to order a subscription. If you would like a one-time order, you can easily create a subscription and immediately pause or cancel your subscription before receiving your second option.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes, upon check out, you can check the box to send the box as a gift! You can even add a custom message that will be sent as a handwritten note on Rollin' n Bowlin' stationery.
When will I get billed for my subscription?
For weekly: You will get billed every 7 days after your initial payment.
For Monthly: You will get billed every 27 days after your initial payment.
